The light
Is on

We roar in softness to old pain
Here again to be released
with compassion

when nature is frozen
and things feel intangible far
We get the light source of the Leo
to consider
US

as the ME is YOU
and the YOU is ME
we hold on
and take a moment to hold on to our own center
our own being
our own source of giving and receiving
zooming out
and unknoting the twirl of confusion
society, structures or families
may have put on us
we breath
and ask:
Is it Me?
Is it YOU?
is it a projection
Is it a protection?
is it a defense?
Is it an old pattern?
Is it to please or to be pleased?
WHO AM I?
Is there respect?
Is there love?
HOW DO I SHIFT BACK
TO THE TRUTH!?!

I wish you to hold onto your heart
Make a vow to yourself
Be in the present moment
And realize
I AM
TRUTH
as long
as I respect and value
myself
yourself it echoes and howls from far
As the I is YOU
and the You is I

breath
and embrace all those teachings
coming down to you.
