Oh Moon
Where are you
In the shadow of my fear
In the darkness of my regret
I see you
But may I dare to regenerate and rebirth your light?
Oh Moon
The journey you send me on
Is one that transforms me more
For the light is bright
When we arrive on the other side

Happy Lunar Eclipse and Full Moon in Scorpio

Like a rollercoaster in the darkest cloud
Like a free fall into deepest water
We might feel lost, in panic or thrown at with confusion
Where is up or down?
No sight seen on left or right
All we can do is to close our eyes and trust
Trust in all our senses
That need to come as a rescue tool
Feeling it all from the inside out
So we dive
So we fall
So we sense all the drama, all the fear, all the panic, all the confusion
But not lost
Just here
To feel
Faced by the intensity and passion
Of that big shadow wave we often try to overcome
Now we let it splash on us
With closed eyes
Let the water pull on us
We stay still
Take it on
Knowing that we come out of it
Better than we might have thought before

This is not how it will always be
Know that those waters are deeper than ever before
Let the darkness be dark
As the lightness soon comes in
You will see how you got stronger and changed

This is not how it always will be
The intensity people might feel
The communication is off
The regrets, pains and sorrows are intensified
Keep it simple
Avoid people
Be with yourself as you dive and fall
Allow for rebirth and endings of this shadow time

This is not how it will always be
Let it be
The shadow will soon be illuminated
By the bright times as the sun shines
How will you metabolise any of those dark thoughts ?
How will those clouds make your sun feel brighter ?

This is not how it will always be
Move slow
Make it easy
Own your fall and see when the clouds come in

With the deepest water
The darkest waves
The intense shadows above so below
We just keep breathing as much as the pressure is high
We keep hydrating as much as there is an overflow of water washing us down
We keep it still and metabolise
All the dark feelings we have tried to avoid before

My advice
Take nothing on you today and the next days to come
People are strange including us
Some came to be changed
Others will not
Planets are falling and others are in retrograde
Some are in darkness and others are still
Be there and hug your shadow as the light makes you feel better
As soon as the dark night is over again
We all will feel stronger
Oh Moon
It will not always be like that
